Where does the data come from?

Public sources: storefronts, marketplaces, business registries. No customer data. No purchased lists.

How often is it updated?

Daily for most data points. Change events such as a new marketplace or an account closure surface as alerts for monitored merchants.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Contact data is limited to business-use information lawfully processable for B2B outreach. See Privacy for detail.

Can I try it without signing up?

What counts as a merchant?

A merchant is a legal entity selling online in Europe. One merchant selling on Amazon, ManoMano, and their own Shopify is one row, not three. We resolve identity via VAT, legal name, domain, and storefront fingerprint.

What is the difference between basic and comprehensive exports?

Basic exports cover name, email, and location with no quota. Comprehensive exports cover every data point in a merchant profile, with a yearly quota that varies by tier.

Can we cancel anytime?

Monthly plans end at the current month. Yearly plans end at the current term. No auto-renewal traps.
